About
Rob Nikzad is a San Francisco-based Creative Director and multidisciplinary builder whose approach is rooted in his background in psychology: finding the true human insight behind every brief before touching a pixel.
Blending 10 years of freelance work with 15 years leading in-house brand creative teams, he helped launch Twitter’s Periscope brand and define Twitter’s motion guidelines as part of the 2014 rebrand, developed NerdWallet’s brand identity and national advertising creative for nearly a decade (including stints as interim VP of Design and Marketing programs), and shaped Airtable’s first formal brand strategy and its global interactive event series, Airspace.
When he’s not leading cross-functional creative teams, he spends his time as a multimedia artist and oil painter inspired by Milton Resnick, Peter Saville, Dadaism, and the Bauhaus movement.
